We are currently recruiting a Financial Controller for a 4* Hotel in Limerick. You will be responsible for daily, weekly and monthly financial reports for the management team and General Manager, constantly improving financial information and knowledge of the management Team and improving financial performance of the property.
You will produce monthly management accounts within the agreed reporting deadlines, Prepare and analyse accurate and timely P&L reports, ensuring that all balance sheets are kept up to date and reconciled. You will prepare and monitor the monthly and annual operating budget of the hotel, provide analyses and any suggested activities that need to be actioned to ensure that the budget is achieved. You will prepare for external auditors ensuring that requirements are met within agreed deadlines meeting your Corporate responsibilities.
Key requirement of the role is to manage time in order, to complete all tasks in relation to the management of the accounts department whilst dealing with requests and queries by suppliers, colleagues, and Management team. Successful applicant will have minimum 3 years Hotel experience in similar role.
