We are currently recruiting an experienced Front Office Manager for a large busy 3*** Hotel in Dublin. Successful candidate will have 3-4 years 3-4* Hotel Front Office Management experience, in a similar business environment and ideally in a busy Leisure or Corporate Hotel.
You will manage the entire Front Office - Reception Department taking responsibility for guest relations, communication, efficiencies withing the Department whilst ensuring your team of 6 offer superb service to all guests. You will be technically experienced with proven management, training, motivation and communication skills. Candidates must have at least three years hands on experience in a similar style establishment with 150+ Bedrooms at 3-4* grade and be dedicated to implementing the highest standards in training, service quality and guest relations.
