Leading business bank is currently looking for a Special Assets Manager for a 2 yr fixed term contract
Location in LIMERICK available



Main duties

  • Monitor and manage your portfolio of cases within the team portfolio by conducting regular in-depth credit review.
  • Represent the bank in all negotiations in a professional manner, seeking appropriate solutions with the customer and deliver optimum results for the bank
  • Ensure that complete and up to date files are in place for all cases in your portfolio
  • Apply agreed strategy and Bank credit policy to the portfolio and monitor / report deviations from same.
  • In conjunction with relevant Business Banking team ensure you have in-depth knowledge of your customer's portfolios and keep yourself up to date on all activities on the account.
  • Work effective with the banks legal team on cases to ensure that the most effective recovery strategies and tactics are employed in a cost effective manner.
Experience



  1. Must have credit analysis and lending experience
  2. At least 5 years experience
  3. QFA qualified or grandfathered
  4. Ability to operate on own initiative and to identify business opportunities and assess their commercial viability.
  5. Excellent IT skills including MS Office to enable the preparation of detailed case reports and presentations
