Our client, a leading mobile machinery sales and service equipment SME with operations in four locations north and south, has retained the services of
Deloitte Executive Selection to assist them in recruiting a suitably qualified
General Manager.

The new General Manager will possess a proven track record of working
in a similar position in our industry and will have a suitable qualification appropriate to the role.

Role Description

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

· Responsible for the management of daily operations.
· Lead and drive Sales and Marketing strategies and functions
· Management relationships with key customers and suppliers.
· Excellent leadership and people management and I.T. skills.
· High level of self motivation
· Management of financial performance
