Senior Insight Manager (BtoC) for a large BtoC client where the role will be responsible for managing people, procedures and technology to gather, analyze and interpret customer and competitive understanding and communicate relevant and timely information to the business to ensure informed decision-making, to create a monitoring infrastructure to spot pertinent market shifts which give way to insights that unlock growth in revenue, customer satisfaction and Loyalty in this large BtC multinational. This role will work cross functionally with a large marketing department impacting the entire marketing mix and makes you the voice of the customer in the organization, develop and manage a high performing small team, lead in competitive analysis and interpretation, managing high-level analysis and transforming information into knowledge and intelligence (statistics and segmentation)

To get this role you will have a degree/masters in business / marketing and 8 to 10 years proven marketing experience, spent within strategy or market intelligence gained in a large BtoC client (FMCG, retail, Telco or a consultancy), excellent communication skills and a strong track record of delivering into executive level. Candidate must have demonstrable past experience in the synthesise of large data sets / intelligence / competitor analyses / customer insight in order to shape executive decisions in a large company and be a proven strategic thinker- successful at drawing on the ability to interpret customer, commercial & financial data & translate them into actionable insights. You will have 4 years in people management also. This is a pivotal role in a hugely successful organisation
