CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER / DUBLIN / PERMANENT
SALARY: €35K+
The purpose of this role is to pro-actively and effectively build and manage customer relationships whilst developing opportunities to deliver value to our customers.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
Ensure service levels meet and exceed with customer expectations
- Develop existing business that meets with customer requirements and is of benefit to other brands within the group
- Exploring opportunities that add value to the customer relationship and to the group
- Receiving inbound and making outbound customer calls, promoting value added services to customers
- Ensure any customer complaints are dealt with and resolved within a reasonable time frame
- Planning and attending customer meetings to ensure appropriate contact is maintained
- Providing adhoc solutions for customers where required
Key Skills / Attributes
- A minimum of 3 years Account Management or Business Development/Sales experience
- Ability to work to targets
- Customer focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build good working relationships quickly and at all levels
- To be able to work with a multiple portfolio of brands
- Self motivation and the ability to work on own initiative
- Have good IT skills – knowledge of Microsoft Office essential.
- Previous Experience of working on large projects and tenders an advantage
