CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER / DUBLIN / PERMANENT


SALARY: €35K+


The purpose of this role is to pro-actively and effectively build and manage customer relationships whilst developing opportunities to deliver value to our customers.



Main Duties/Responsibilities
Ensure service levels meet and exceed with customer expectations

  • Develop existing business that meets with customer requirements and is of benefit to other brands within the group
  • Exploring opportunities that add value to the customer relationship and to the group
  • Receiving inbound and making outbound customer calls, promoting value added services to customers
  • Ensure any customer complaints are dealt with and resolved within a reasonable time frame
  • Planning and attending customer meetings to ensure appropriate contact is maintained
  • Providing adhoc solutions for customers where required
Key Skills / Attributes


  • A minimum of 3 years Account Management or Business Development/Sales experience
  • Ability to work to targets
  • Customer focused
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build good working relationships quickly and at all levels
  • To be able to work with a multiple portfolio of brands
  • Self motivation and the ability to work on own initiative
  • Have good IT skills – knowledge of Microsoft Office essential.
  • Previous Experience of working on large projects and tenders an advantage
