Customer Services Manager / Operations Manager
Our client, one of Irelands leading distributors with 8000 employees worldwide is seeking to appoint a Manager to oversee the customer services function in Dublin
You will have 11 direct reports from 4 different departments
Main responsibilities of the role will include :
- Ensure that the Sales Order Processing team is staffed to manage projected call volumes at all times
- Management of the Dispatch Team
- Manage the quality performance of the department via management/duties set and monitor SLAs
- Host regular team meetings and 1:1 with direct reports
- Provide support via email and telephone to sales team based on the road
- Liaise on a daily basis with key account holders with regards to any queries they may have
- Compile and manage daily/weekly/monthly reports and use business KPI measures to maintain and improve business results
The successful applicant should possess:
- Experience managing people within a similar size environment (10 plus a pre requisite)
- Proactive attitude and ability to anticipate and therefore improve
- Analytical ability with regard to data and situations
- Problem resolution ability with regard to Customer contacts and staff issues
- Advanced computer skills
The salary is 45K depending on experience, Monday - Friday. This role also includes benefits and parking.
