FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
This Hotel part of a Hotel Chain is seeking to recruit an experienced Front Office Manager that can TRAIN, DELEGATE & MOTIVATE a large Front Office and Reservation Team.
Prerequisites for this job include
Previous FOM experience in a 3*/4*/5* Hotel with a minimum of 3 Years Experience
Candidates with International experience preferred
Has Previous Reservation Handling and Administration Experience
Has Good Training Skills
Has Good Property Reservations System Experience
Has Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
Has Worked in a Previous 3*/*4/5* Large Property
Is Innovative and Efficient
Excellent PC,Reporting and Delegating Skills
Can Lead from the front
Is Willing to offer commitment for a minimum of 2 years or longer
must have experience in VERY LARGE Properties!
