Customer Operations Team Leader will have overall responsibility for Downstream Logistics Management including Customer Services, Distribution, Inventory and Goods Outwards management.
Role:
* Lead the Distribution Team to achieve its goals and objectives and introduce continuous performance improvements to drive outstanding service to the Stryker Worldwide Distribution network.
* Lead communications with Customers and develop proactive relationships with them, both internally and externally
* Lead internal business focus teams as required by the business using BPX methodology.
* Responsible for the implementation, enforcement and compliance with the companies Environmental, Health and Safety policies, programs and procedures.
* Actively participate on the Global Distribution team and its associated initiatives.
* Work with manufacturing to ensure excellent service level delivery to the Global Distribution network.
* Lead the Distribution team to world class excellence in Distribution, Inventory management and 5-Pillars.
* Lead and participate in cross functional and cross divisional process improvement initiatives.
* All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Education:
* Experience with integrated information systems in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
* Experience with Customer Services and Logistics management in a manufacturing environment.
* Third level qualification in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or related area.
* Proven Leadership ability.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Experience in a team based environment with emphasis on accountability for service levels, inventory management, standard cost and expense control and quality/GMP compliance.
