Senior Operations Manager – Dublin

Our Client one of the most successful Fashion Department Stores in Dublin is currently seeking to recruit a Senior ladies Fashion operations manager.

As Fashion Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following

Role

  • To Review Store contribution results v target on a period basis and take action to improve results
  • Report to the General Manager, Operations, Buyers and financial directors
  • Maximising sales by driving sales and service, operations and product through the team
  • Manage and Drive sales across ladies fashions departments and concessions
  • Control all store costs and minimise all controllable costs
  • Recruit high calibre management and staff in line with company recruitment process
  • Coach and develop all management teams to the highest standards
  • Store succession plan in place to support future progression and development
  • Conduct performance reviews on a regular basis
  • Report to the General Manager, Operations, Buyers and financial directors
  • Liaise with Branch merchandising teams on all stock issues
  • Ensure the retail standards are maintained throughout the store
  • Ensure all company guidelines, procedures and policies are implemented and adhered to.


Requirement

  • 3- 4 years retail fashion management experience within a high profile, high volume store
  • Experience in managing €20m +
  • Experience in managing large teams 100+
  • Experience in managing, inspiring and leading a large management and sales team
  • A passion and understanding for both retail and the fashion industry
  • Dynamic and energetic
  • Sales ad target driven
  • A proven sales track record
  • People person with excellent communication, operations and commercial experience
