Our client, a successful UK Retailer operating out of 35 countries is currently seeking fashion floor Managers for their store in Liffey Valley Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large successful business where progression is certain.
You will already have experience in retail management ideally within the fashion industry and within a fast paced environment.
The Role
- To support the Store manager and your co-management team with the smooth running of the store
- To increase profitability through increasing productivity
- To drive and lead by example excellent customer service
- Train staff within your Floor/Department
- Achieving and exceeding store KPI's
- Managing and maintaining stock loss
- Merchandising
- Maintaining store standards
- Motivating and encouraging employees
Requirements
1-2 years retail fashion experience in a management capacity
- Experience in retail fashion
- Experience within a fast paced environment
- Experience in merchandising, costing and operations
- Experience in managing €1m+ turnover
- Experience in managing 10+ staff
