Role: Sales & Marketing Assistant

Company: International Software Company with headquarters in Dublin (South)

Duties

  • assist sales director
  • help develop and generate contacts for lead generation
  • calling corporate prospects internationally as part of generation / qualification process
  • assist in contract drafting and editing process
  • assist with requests for proposals
  • conference and event coordination in various global markets
  • competitor analysis
Ideal Background:

  • Marketing qualification
  • 2nd language (German or Japanese preferred)
  • outgoing and tenacious
  • flexible - some early morning / late evening conference call activity required due to the global nature of the role.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience, 2yrs min in a similar sales support function
