Matrix Recruitment is working closely with an Pharmaceutical company in the recruitment of a Supplier Quality Manager for its Galway facility.
We are now seeking to fill the role of Supplier Quality Manager with this client.
Essential Criteria:
  • 5 years in a Quality management role within the pharmaceutical sector
  • Previous experience in supplier management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Key Accountabilities:
Reporting to the Director of Quality you will be responsible for the Group vendor management program.


  • Main site Quality contact person for Vendors and Third Party Manufacturers (TPMs)
  • Manage the Company Vendor/TPM audit program
  • Preparation of Technical Agreements with Vendors and TPMs
  • Change Control/Deviation approval for Vendors and TPMs
  • Release of TPM finished product to the market
  • Preparation of Annual Product Reviews for TPTM finished products
  • Assign project work and review workload for all direct reports
  • Assist staff with their responsibilities establishing goals that will increase their knowledge and skills level
  • Be an active member of the Audit team.
  • Maintenance and ownership of supplier performance data.
