We are looking for a dynamic marketer to join our Management Team as Marketing Manager. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to make their mark on a young, energetic, and enthusiastic team and to play a key role in helping us to meet the challenges ahead as we build on our current successes and accelerate the company through the next phase of growth.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in all aspects of marketing. This experience must include PR & Sponsorship, Direct Marketing, Branding & Advertising, and Online (Google ads, PPC advertising and SEO). Experience of B2B marketing with organisations from SME’s to large Enterprises in the UK marketplace is essential.

Key responsibilities will include ...
  • Managing the overall marketing strategy, while maintaining a close working relationship with the sales and product teams;
  • Developing solid PR and marketing material promoting the benefits and building on the strengths of the Newsweaver brand;
  • Creating influential Sales material for UK and international markets;
  • Research & development of new opportunities for Newsweaver’s products.

The successful candidate will...
  • Hold a degree or recognised marketing qualification;
  • Take a leadership role and operate independently;
  • Focus on meeting organisational business development targets;
  • Communicate effectively with various audiences;
  • Have excellent writing skills;
  • Manage a multitude of tasks and stakeholders simultaneously;
  • Build trust, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer;
  • Collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity;
  • Build and maintain professional internal and external relationships;
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff;
  • Have excellent presentation skills;
  • Demonstrate experience in direct and indirect channel marketing;
