Our client is a well known Financial Services company with a strong reputation in the Irish and International market. Based in a Dublin City Centre office you will be working as part of a busy and dynamic team on this fast paced project.
Job Description
These in house legal roles are based in the legal department and will be reporting to one Barrister. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a progressive company.
Due to the high volume of applications expected for these roles only those with relevant experience will be contacted, however we will keep your details on file for any other suitable roles.
You must be available to interview and start in the first week of January.
Roles/Responsibilities
The specific role requires the ideal candidate to pick up a Connection (I.e. entity, limited Company file) understand the Contract/Offer Letter and evaluate the security requirements outlining any deficiencies together with formulating solutions
Skills/Experience
You will need to have at least 2 years experience as a Paralegal / Legal Executive / Newly Qualified Solicitor
You will have experience in Banking, Commercial, Conveyancing and Company Law
Experience in Commercial offer letters, loan structure and securities is essential
Education / Professional Qualifications
At least 2 years experience as a Paralegal / Legal Executive / Newly Qualified Solicitor
Personal Attributes
You will be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
