Duties will include
Administration of CVs & Database Management
Sourcing CVs through our database, advertisements, external databases, social websites, referrals and every other method possible
Contacting candidates to discuss the job specification
Telephone interviews & meetings where appropriate
Responsible for advertising jobs online
Review job specs and identifying key criteria
Account Management / Customer Services - Dealing with client directly, acting as a representative for your candidates and following client's requirements
Sending CVs to clients and following up to arrange interviews, etc
Contract generation, Reference checks & general marketing
Negotiate salaries and close offers
