My client is currently recruiting a Store Manager for their stores nationwide, they are currently looking for Store Managers with high volume experience in the following areas:

-Roscommon/Leitrim (€55K)

-Tipperary (€45K)

-Wexford (€45-50K)



The Position:

  • Manage and develop a team of staff (30-60 staff)
  • Monitor budget, costings and margin
  • Responsibilty for increasing sales and turnover
  • Staff training and development
  • Rostering, recruitment, delegation
  • Instore plannograms, visual merchandising and window displays
  • Ensure front of house is correctly maintained
  • Ensure all systems and procedures are adhered to
  • Customer Service


To apply for this role you need to have:

  • Previous store management experience in a high volume retailer
  • Previous staff management experience (30-60 staff members)
  • Have a passion and dedication for retailing
  • Have experience working within a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Have excellent communication, team building skills and can work off your own initiative
