required to manage to lead, integrate & project manage validation tasks from initial concept through to successful completion and delivery, of all the validation engineering functions on this blue-chip multinational manufacturing site.
Responsibilities of Quality Manager for Validation :
Oversee design of systems and equipment to ensure that they comply with GMP requirements.
Review and approve documents prepared by the validation team, other departments and contractor organisations.
Prioritise qualification activities in line with the project schedules and plant priorities.
Co-ordinate validation activities with all stakeholders through commercialisation.
Provide input into all project phases i.e. from design through to the commissioning and qualification execution phases of the project.
Accountable that validation activity is conducted in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Requirement of Quality Manager for Validation :
Bachelors' degree in Engineering, Science or similar discipline.
Proven in-depth experience of Validation processes in medical product manufacturing, experience in high automated processes or aseptic operations is highly desirable.
8 - 10 years experience in FDA or IMB regulated manufacturing.
2 - 3 years proven management experience in a Quality organisation.
Strong project management skills and competent validation knowledge.
Manufacturing Execution System design and implementation.
