PLEASE NOTE: GROCERY RETAIL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE

Key Responsibilities: Day to Day running of Fresh foods
As a Fresh Food Manager will be responsible for maximising the contribution and profit of fresh foods, implement company policies & standards, and satisfy customer and staff needs.
You will be responsible for high standards in the following areas:
• Hygiene/HACCP
• Stock & Order Systems
• Best practice merchandising, display and department layout skills
• Maximizing promotions
• Margin management
• Stock loss & waste management
• Monitor and take action to improve store standards of presentation, quality and hygiene
• Staff training & development
• Ensure all staff are fully aware of and adhere to Company Policy regarding Health & Safety, temperature control / monitoring and etc.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
Skills & Experience: You will have previous experience in fresh food management or supervision, with a passion for food retailing or wholesaling, a people person with a commercial edge and a desire to drive your own business category forward. Ambitious, not only for yourself but for your company
