Atlanco Recruitment, part of the Atlanco Rimec Group, is currently looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant for its office based in Rathmines, Dublin 6. Atlanco Recruitment are among the top recruitment companies in Ireland who have excellent relationships built up with clients throughout the Ireland and abroad. This role will suit an ambitious person who possesses a strong work ethic and who is looking to develop a long-term career with an organization that has an established reputation for delivering results.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generate vacancies with new and existing client companies through business development
- Maintaining and developing strong relationships with our existing client companies
- Attract, interview and assess candidates for client companies through referral, advertisement and quality contacts
- Place candidates through effective recruitment methods, generating fees to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Ensuring that all clients and candidates receive the highest possible level of service
- A proven track record in recruitment for a minimum of 2-3 years
- First class communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales focused with a desire to succeed in a target driven environment
- A self starter with an ability to work under pressure
- Fluent English – both written and spoken
