Our client, based in Blackrock, is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Life Assurance Administrator with at least 2 years experience and Life Assurance background.
Key Accountabilities
- Working within our German Administration Department, you will assist the team in delivering a high quality and effective service to our clients.
- Handling a wide variety of queries from clients via email and telephone.
- Providing a world class service by maintaining and improving service levels.
- Dealing with standard administration requests within agreed service turn around times.
- Providing a world class service to all our customers from the birth of the policy through to the cessation of the policy. This will include a strong focus on the retention of existing business and emphasis on quality service.
- Assisting in achieving the overall objectives of the Department.
- Assisting team lead with key tasks to ensure smooth running of admin area.
Technical Competencies:
- Excellent oral and written German is essential.
- Experience in the Life Insurance industry and/or similar customer service environment.
- Previous experience of working in the German life insurance industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in various software packages, including Word, Excel & Access.
- Versicherungskaufmann status is highly desirable but not essential.
- Non-technical Competencies:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Good accuracy and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and ambitious.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility in working hours to meet tight deadlines.
