Our Client based in Belfast is currently recruiting a Part Time HR Executive to join their team on a 4/5 month contract. This is a part time post and candidates would be required to work 9.30- 1.30 Monday to Friday and hold 3 years experience providing support to busy HR Department.

The role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Assisting with the management of the recruitment and selection process
Managing payroll
Monitoring sickness and absence
Managing employee relations including disciplinary and grievances
Management of reports
Providing support to the pension's administrator
General administrative support to the HR team

The person
The successful person will:
Hold Graduate membership of the CIPD
Hold A minimum of 3 year's relevant professional experience across a range of Human Resources and Administrative areas including payroll, statistical analysis, employee relations, equal opportunities, recruitment and selection and performance management
Hold developed knowledge of Microsoft packages
Hold experience of completing statistical staff surveys for Equality Commission and Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment
Be able to work under pressure
Have a responsible and confidential attitude
Desirable Criteria:
Experience of using a Human Resources Management Information System preferably Unipimms

The package
Temporary assignment 4-5 months
Part time role Monday-Friday 9.30-1.30 (20 hrs per week)
£12000 pa
