The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Services Team and the Group under the supervision of the UK & Ireland Legal Department.
Specifically the role involves implementing, overseeing and co-ordinating the registration processes and requirements of the various jurisdictions where the Groups funds need to be registered in order to achieve amalgamation of the assets from the funds and for future distribution.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2-3 years experience of the funds' registration process required
• Previous legal and fund administration experience required
• IT skills to include the following Microsoft packages:
• Word / Excel / Outlook / PowerPoint / MS Project
• Mutual fund industry experience/knowledge required
• Certificate in Mutual Funds qualifications is desirable
