German Life Assurance Administator

Location: Dublin South City
Responsibilities include:
Working within the German Administration Department, you will assist the team in delivering a high quality and effective service to clients.
•Handling a wide variety of queries from clients via email and telephone.
•Providing a world class service by maintaining and improving service levels.
•Dealing with standard administration requests within agreed service turn around times.
•Providing a world class service to all customers from the birth of the policy through to the cessation of the policy. This will include a strong focus on the retention of existing business and emphasis on quality service.
•Assisting in achieving the overall objectives of the Department.
•Assisting team lead with key tasks to ensure smooth running of admin area.
Technical Competencies:
•Excellent oral and written German is essential.
•Experience in the Life Insurance industry and/or similar customer service environment.
•Previous experience of working in the German life insurance industry is highly desirable.
•Proficiency in various software packages, including Word, Excel & Access.
•Versicherungskaufmann status is highly desirable but not essential.
